I take pride in offering precision-cut gemstones that are polished to the highest standard and crafted with care. We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your gemstone, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
Eligibility for Return
The gemstone must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition.
Items must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the gemstone arrives safely.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
