Return Policy
I take pride in offering precision-cut gemstones that are polished to the highest standard and crafted with care. I want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
The gemstone must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition.
Items must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the gemstone arrives safely.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
